'- Strong passion for retail industry, especially for home furnishing industry - Excellent cross-function communication skills - Good data analysis abilities, capable of drawing conclusions from membership data and formulating action plans. - Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to quickly drive initiatives and deal with unexpected events. - Social media operation experience, especially in creating viral content or live streaming, are preferred.

• Lead IKEA family strategy for recruitment, activation, retention and communication • Working with family team and other functions to co-ordinate local member benefits and offers to attract new members and existing to visit more often. • Responsible for preparation and implementation of events, seminars, workshops based on IKEA FAMILY strategy, to coordinate and secure the whole process
