  • WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    '- Expertise in market and public affairs, with over 3 years of experience in marketing and communication, and a keen understanding of brand dynamics.
    - Familiarity with local Yunnan market and media, coupled with experience in collaboration with media, business, and associations, enabling strong and sustained connections.
    - Excellent external communication skills, including the ability to address issues and manage crisis communications as well as reputation risks.
    - A creative mindset, strong analytical abilities, and sound judgement.
    - Successful experience in leading team
    - Outstanding English skills, with a strong identification with the IKEA brand, culture, and values.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

    '- Take full responsibility for the local marketing function, reporting directly to the Market Manager.
    - Establish close relationships with local media, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and PR partners to create productive PR opportunities for the stores, promoting positive brand exposure in the local area and achieving greater market impact.
    - Understand the Primary Market Area (PMA) and align with CN market strategies to develop store plans that strengthen IKEA’s leadership in the home sector within the local market, positioning it as the preferred brand for home furnishings.
    - Collaborate closely with the IKEA FAMILY team and in-store commercial teams to create synergies in local marketing communications, increasing store visitors to drive sales growth.
    - Develop and manage budgets to ensure efficient resource use and maximize return on investment.
    - Drive and enhance the team’s expertise and capabilities, promoting overall growth and development.

    - 与当地媒体、意见领袖(KOL)及公关合作伙伴建立密切关系,致力于为门店创造富有成效的公关机会,推动品牌在当地的良好曝光,以实现更大的市场影响力。

    - 制定并管理预算,确保资源的高效利用与投资回报最大化。
    - 推动并提升团队的专业知识与能力,促进团队的整体成长与发展。
