    IKEA Supply AG (ISAG) is the wholesale company within the Inter IKEA Group belonging to IKEA Supply, owning the goods in the IKEA Distribution and Regional Customer Distribution Centers world-wide. The main functions located at ISAG are Supply Chain Operations, Supply Chain Development and Finance.  This function belonging to the tax department secures that ISAG and other group entities are in compliance with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) regulations.


    Job description

    EPR is an environmental protection strategy to reach the objective of a decreased total environmental impact of a product, by making the manufacturer/producer of the product responsible for the entire life cycle of the product and especially for the end of lifetime and final disposal.

    As EPR shifts the responsibility for waste management from consumers and local governments to the producer, which has to pay for consumer’s waste.


    Qualification

    To be successful in this role you need to have/be:

    • Ability to coordinate and communicate with many stakeholders such as internal and external service providers, local authorities, legal department etc..
    • Flexible, positive attitude to change and problem solving oriented
    • Good planner, organizer and communicator
    • Respect for deadlines & ability to work under pressure
    • Able to work under stress and alone but enjoying working in group in different projects
    • Enjoying working with numbers and IT tools
    • Basic experience in finance, controlling, and/or supply chain
    • Holistic understanding of invoice flows and basic accounting knowledge
    • Capability to see and realize potential reporting improvements
    • Fluent in English
    • Know how about EPR regulations and/or Holistic understanding of IKEA (different groups and their responsibility) is an advantage
