    • Join our motivated team as a Sales Assistant, with each season, you will transform our store into a delightful haven for our customers. You'll be the treasure seeker, always on the lookout for commercial gems and ensuring our shelves are brimming with the latest must-haves. Plus, your curiosity about our products' stories will turn you into a captivating storyteller, enchanting customers with every tale.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • Start Date for this role will be 5th July.
    • Hourly rate of £12.60 per hour.
    • Part time: 16 hours per week working 4 days out of 7, including late evenings and 3 out 4 weekends.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • You are forward thinking, adept at switching between tasks, and work well on your own initiative to support the wider team understanding the impact your contribution has.
    • You are focused on delivering a high-quality customer experience, making decisions and implementing changes that support the customer and ensuring they are understood and valued.
    • You are comfortable working with data, reviewing sales information and customer buying habits to spot opportunities and take action, returning to the sales data to see how effective changes are.
    • You take responsibility for managing your workload ensuring that you work in a way that is efficient, taking care of the smaller details as well as the bigger picture.


    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • You will support the implementation of seasonal changes throughout the store, creating for customers a sense that there is something new to see every time they visit.
    • You will pursue commercial opportunities, working closely with product availability to ensure adequate supply of featured products and make quick changes if these are running low in stock.
    • You ensure your area of responsibility is clean, well stocked, all products priced, well presented and easy to shop. Some products may involve heavy lifting.
    • You are interested in the product range, and try to learn the stories behind the products and their design.
    • Activities in store, seasonal activities, Valentines, bjorn breakfast, santa, midsommar, student nights etc.
