1.Helps us create a good relationship with our customers by positioning IKEA as enabler of a better life at home for everyone. 2.Drives both online and offline store visits, inspires identification and compels members to have an ongoing relationship with IKEA Family. 3.Motivates active brand engagement and drives incremental YOY (year over year) sales. 4.Enables us to gain a deeper understanding of our members so we can better serve each member, optimize the program, and identify more potential members to connect with. 5.Familiar with live streaming operations, balancing membership growth with live streaming activities.
