Who you are
You have:

- Good knowledge of project management framework and tools
- High organisational and coordination skills
- Ability to proactively work with different phases of project and identify and monitor relevant actions
- Change management skills are a must, able to act as change ambassador while implementing projects/processes
- Collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the organisation and having influence and personal impact by using strong communication skills
- Flexible approach and openness to change
- Good knowledge of how to identify and involve relevant stakeholders in a project, process or question to make things happen
- Enthusiastic about teamwork and motivating people
- Ability to deliver the results when dealing with the unknown in a constantly changing omnichannel environment
- Enjoy delivering improvements in a fastpaced and constantly changing omnichannel environment with a customer-centric approach
- Good understanding of key performance measurement used to plan, follow up and steer the business with a customer-centric approach
- Passion about logistics and have the ability use your know-how to optimize processes with high quality understanding the financial impact and customer experience 
- Good understanding of KPIs used for success measures in fulfilment unit 
- Good knowledge of relevant IT systems solutions 
- Able to connect in English and the local language of our unit (NL and/or FR) is a must
Your responsibilities
You will:

- Coordinate all relevant readiness initiatives connected to project implementation in the unit
- Responsible for coordinating all involved stakeholders in the unit organisation towards a successful project implementation/process change
- Responsible for steering communication and change management in a controlled way to maximise motivation for all people involved to embrace and support the implementation
- Responsible for monitoring implementation status against agreed timeline, budget and goals and taking relevant corrective actions when needed
- Secure a clear handover to the relevant stakeholders (department and roles) at project closure
- Contribute to secure the agreed availability goals and correct stock structure for the unit. Securing an excellent commercial planning and execution by actively working together with commercial partners 
- Enable efficient operations by supporting the supply integration process, co-operating with supply chain partners and securing correct replenishment of the unit
