    What you'll be doing day to day

    Optimizing the shopping experience through knowledgeable and attentive customer service to continually increase sales.
    • Creating relationships with customers to provide support in-store and remotely.
    • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of products and services to inspire and inform customers.
    • Listening to, identifying, anticipating, and responding to customer needs.
    • Maximizing sales, while maintaining profitability, by actively steering customers towards top-selling and prioritized products.
    • Analyzing and adjusting sales space capacities based on sales location to secure high stock availability.
    • Supporting the implementation and upkeep of planned and promotional activities in, or involving, your product range.

    - Availability: Mandatory 3 weekends a month with open availability on Saturdays & Sundays but can be very flexible with weekday availability.
    - This is primarily a customer facing role in a warehouse environment. Our main focus is always the customers. We spend half of our time helping/interacting with customers so strong communication skills are required.
    - Frequent lifting of boxes up to 50lbs during every shift.
    - Frequent Use of Pallet Jacks.
    - Frequent Use of 12 Foot Ladders.

    JOB TYPE – Permanent, Part-time, Hourly Associate
    HOURS – From 12 to 19 hours per week (HL1) // Limited Benefits
    SHIFTS– Seeking work schedule availability of Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday as a minimum requirement. Work schedules are published one month in advance.

    The starting hourly pay range for this role is $17.24 - $19.83

    QUALIFICATIONS

    2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
    Familiarity with basic design principals and modular furniture planning
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 17.24 USD to 19.83 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
