    • Who you are

    Do you love to use your physicality in your work? If so, you are a good match as a logistics co-worker for the Full serve department at IKEA. We work in the hours, where the warehouse is closed for customers.

    To be successful in this job, you:
    • Must have a Danish license for operating forklifts, or a forklift license from a EU, EEA country or Switzerland, which is eligible for approval by Arbejdstilsynet.
    • Are in good physical shape and can handle manual labor
    • Are motivated by prioritizing and organizing your work to make efficient use of time
    • Are good at creating overviews and have attention to detail
    • Have good self-discipline and thrive in routine tasks.

    Your responsibilities

    The main task is to ensure that the sales areas are stocked with goods from our high-pallet warehouse, so that products are available to both our customers and colleagues during store opening hours. You will primarily work independently, but with colleagues close by.

    Your task will be:
    • Restocking sales areas with goods from our high-pallet warehouse
    • Lifting pallets
    • Correcting misplaced pallets in the high-pallet warehouse
    • Cleaning and maintaining the department and its equipment

    Here you will become part of an international team of both fulltime and part-time employees that work towards a common goal. We secure efficient logistics in the store and provide good customer service, even though we do not have direct customer contact. We work closely together with all departments, and consequently you gain experience in collaborating with many different types of people. We work in a fast-paced environment, but always support each other and work as a team. Therefore, there is room for you to be exactly who you are, and you will get the opportunity to gain a strong social network.     Further information

    • This position is for an average of 8 hours per week
    • Your working time will be from 19-23 on weekdays (2 per week), based on the business need. You should also expect to work weekends, both Saturday and Sunday within the timeframe 19-23. It is possible to give your input to the work schedule
    • Salary is within IKEAs banding for logistics and includes pension- and free choice allowance and odd hour payment
    • Other employment terms follow HKs Funktionæroverenskomst
