    You are passionate about creating an IKEA fit for the future and energised by the capability and potential that the GBO organisation will offer in that respect.

    You have a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in knowledge management, organizational learning, international development, international affairs, or a relevant advanced degree (nice to have but not mandatory).

    You are fluent in English.

    You have excellent working knowledge management capabilities, understanding of the importance and process of knowledge management,

    You are a good team player who knows how to lead your own tasks, projects, and initiatives independently.

    You have strong influencing and communication skills and the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organisation.

    Increasing customer value, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality services energizes you.

    Constantly being on the move and challenging the status quo to improve knowledge processes for the organisation's benefit is something important for you.

    You are also energized by solving problems and getting things done,

    You are passionate about the power of knowledge management within the organisation. Knowledge of end-to-end (E2E) process design and process improvement.

    A day in your life with us

    Review of KM knowledge articles' quality and usability according to the agreed SLAs and its continuous improvement.

    Cooperation with knowledge partners on setting up, reviewing, and updating knowledge articles at the Now P&C service portal.

    Support in identifying the best practices & knowledge that has been created.

    Working in partnership with GBO P&C Service teams and the project team.

    Leading continuous improvement initiatives around the knowledge management area.
