As a GBO People Process Specialist, your main responsibility will be to safeguard service standardization while implementing change and improvements in processes, with respect to delivery according to agreed goals across all GBO delivery networks.

Actively support process improvements/standardization/change and systems implementation with simplification, cost-consciousness, consistent user experiences and service excellence in mind
Support GBO People Process Expert and Senior Specialist by collaborating with GBO process/country, aligning specialists and gathering their feedback as part of virtual CoEs for process/systems implementations
Work closely with GBO People Service Delivery and CI teams in assigned area, analyse data to provide support for meaningful insights and decisions, especially in search for improvement opportunities
In case of the process/WoW change, support and coordinate activities between GBO People Operations, GBO Continuous Improvement as well as P&C CoEs, Digital People Domain and Global People Services team to ensure successful implementation in assigned area
Safeguard standard usage of key processes in scope, identify deviations and provide guidelines and support in service delivery in assigned area
