    A day in your life with us
    • lead the country P&C Netherlands team to deliver services according to the service levels agreed with the client and the agreed procedures and rules with good quality, as well as high efficiency, includes monthly and yearly activities,

    • proactively provide to a country required competence and lead solutions and initiatives implementation,

    • maintain and develop P&C competence in your team with targeted on the job coaching and training,

    • resolve first level and escalate, when necessary, follow up on the status of outstanding issues,

    • manage the continuous improvement of process and working routines,

    • recruit competent new co-workers that will fit to the team with the required PA/PY profiles,

    • take an active role in coaching and developing PA/PY P&C staff knowledge, skills, and competence,

    • be responsible for coordination of trainings, keeping high level of motivation and other activities related with team leading,

    • active participation & coordination in relevant project deliverables,

    • be a part of a work environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality.
    Together as a team
    Lead one of the GBO P&C Services teams, which is responsible for P&C processes (Personnel Administration, Payroll, Recruitment, Onboarding, Offboarding, Benefits, Learning and Development) as per defined and agreed scope, execute delivery of services on high professional standard and strive to meet or exceed agreed service levels.
