We are looking for a Recruiter to join our new global recruitment team supporting the POT project within GFCI (Group Functions, Ingka Centres and Investments), of which GBO is an integral part.
This is an opportunity to join a dynamic, international environment and play a key role in delivering one of the largest transformation initiatives across the organization.
We are looking for people who:
• are eager to grow in the recruitment field and gain experience in a large-scale global transformation project, • have excellent communication skills and enjoy building relationships with candidates and hiring managers, • are proactive, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions in a fast-paced environment, • feel comfortable working with various systems (Avature, ServiceNow, SuccessFactors), • value teamwork and enjoy collaborating to achieve shared goals, • speak English and Polish fluently (minimum B2+/C1) and feel comfortable conducting phone and video interviews, • previous experience in recruitment is a big plus!
[Contract Information] This role is offered for a fixed term contract until October 2027.
A day in your life with us
As part of the POT recruitment team, you will work alongside a group of recruiters responsible for delivering high-volume recruitment activities across multiple countries and supporting successive project releases. This role will suit someone who thrives in an intensive, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
You will get to: • support high-volume recruitment activities for the POT project, • deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, • manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview scheduling, interviewing, and stakeholder communication, • partner closely with hiring managers and fellow recruiters to ensure timely delivery against hiring plans, • support onboarding activities for newly hired employees.
