You should have good knowledge of Life at home activities, home furnishing and customer buying behaviour and a broad knowledge of IKEA product range (excellent in kitchen range), IKEA Services and interior design basic knowledge. Good Numeracy and computer (Excel) literacy and analytical skills and good understand and active use of manuals is preferred. You should have knowledge on selling the IKEA way, Add on Sales guidelines and in depth knowledge of IKEA kitchen buying process and routines, relevant sales tools (I-Sell, IHP…) and working methods.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities include:
•Be the one point of contact to the kitchen customer throughout the full buying process, from the first contact until the kitchen has been installed to ensure a great and seamless experience. • Meet the customer in their home, as well as connecting via email, telephone or in the store to support with any questions • Responsible for all the different phases in the process of buying a kitchen: inspire, booking for planning, design, services offered, payment, installation, and final check to ensure a smooth experience. • Responsible to understand the specific needs of customers and staying up to date on trends,living situations and customer buying behaviours to provide relevant, affordable, functional, and sustainable solutions to our customers. • Responsible to follow-up with customers during the purchase process, to ensure closure of the deal. • Keep up to date and understand the store and department action plans to ensure your contribution and responsibility. Constantly improve your knowledge of internal IKEA routines and regulations related to your area of work. • Stay up to date on and use applicable applications to correctly process and issue documentation on goods and services to ensure proper processes and documentation.
