    Additional information:
    • This role is Permanent Part-time, 40hrs/ fortnight
    • The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker

    • This role requires availability to work Monday to Sunday 12am to 10am
    • A forklift licence is not mandatory, but will be viewed favourably

    About this work area

    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
    • Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available.
    • Keeping safety in mind when lifting and moving large items.
    • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
    • Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
    • Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
    • Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
    • Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts.



    As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
    • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
    • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
    • A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail.
    • A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
    • Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently.
    • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
