    Your responsibilities

    To lead, design and execute a leadership development strategy and plan that strengthens our existing leaders further, and develops our future leaders through our co-workers who have the potential to perform and grow, to achieve operational goals and objectives, in line with IKEA vision and values. Drive IKEA Culture and Values in collaboration with stakeholders in the units.

    • Guide and execute work, collaborating with stakeholders to identify leadership, learning and development needs and implement appropriate solutions.
    • Establish a high standard of excellence within the function including identifying, communicating, localising and implementing leadership and learning for all co workers in the country organisation.
    • Guide and execute work to deliver the assigned markets training calendar.
    • Guide and execute work to implement digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate leadership learning and development program.
    • Implements learning & development KPIs and ROI methodology.
    • Utilise a learning and development management system (MyLearning) to deliver and report Leadership and learning content & programs.
    • Review, assess, and measure the success and performance of learning programs
    • Partners with each market’s P&C Learning Specialist in the country and secures that learning operational activities are performed.
    • Responsible for building strong facilitator pools in the country.
    • Demonstrate strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, identifying and developing talent, using relevant strategies, processes and tools.
    • Work proactively toward realizing the succession, performance & development goals of the People & Culture strategy on a country level and strengthening the succession pipeline.
    • Cooperate closely with stakeholders in the country organisation to ensure proper identification and development of talents using appropriate succession strategies, processes and tools.
    • Drive succession, performance management, and workforce planning for the country, using data insights to meet current and future needs.
