Owner of knowledge quality, governance and learning effectiveness across OSS Finance & Procurement. You ensure that critical process knowledge remains current, accessible and trusted while creating a strong learning ecosystem that supports operational excellence, onboarding success and future AI-enabled capabilities. Act as the bridge between operations, learning and continuous improvement by converting operational knowledge into scalable organizational capability.
What we're looking for
University degree and 3-5 year of related experience, or minimum 7 years of related experience
A day in your life with us
• Establish and maintain a single source of truth for all Finance & Procurement knowledge assets, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and governance • Maintain and continuously improve OSS Finance & Procurement knowledge assets, ensuring information is accurate, accessible and aligned with current operations. • Own the quality, governance and lifecycle management of DTPs, process documentation, training materials and knowledge articles. • Establish and maintain a structured review process to ensure documentation remains current and compliant with governance standards using tools that ensure clear audit trails • Establish license to operate framework for OSS users (as part of onboarding into shared services).. • Collaborate with process teams and OSS stakeholders to identify and address training requirements. Work closely with Business Support teams to identify knowledge gaps and ensure a closed loop process from issue identification to knowledge updates. • Enable the development of AI-ready knowledge by ensuring content is structured, standardized and searchable.
Knowledge Management specific responsibilities
• Own governance, quality assurance and lifecycle management of all OSS DTPs, process documentation and knowledge assets. • Define, maintain and continuously improve documentation standards, templates and quality criteria for DTPs and knowledge content. • Review and assess DTPs and knowledge assets against established quality, compliance and usability standards, ensuring consistency across OSS. • Maintain the Single Source of Truth for Finance & Procurement knowledge and learning content. • Ensure timely review, approval and refresh cycles for all knowledge assets, including tracking compliance with documentation governance requirements. • Facilitate the creation and maintenance of onboarding curricula, training plans and licence-to-operate requirements for OSS employees. • Drive closed-loop learning by translating support cases, audit findings, process changes and operational improvements into updated documentation and learning content. • Build and maintain AI-ready knowledge structures that support future automation, search and self-service capabilities. • Track and report knowledge quality, documentation compliance, review-cycle adherence and onboarding effectiveness metrics.
