Furthermore, we believe that you bring: Extensive experience in Workforce Management and People Planning domains, with strong expertise in associated business processes and technologies. Proven track record leading platform strategy, or solution design functions in large-scale enterprise environments. Deep understanding of one or more WFM platforms such as UKG, Legion, ATOSS, or equivalent workforce solutions. Strong architectural knowledge spanning business capabilities, application architecture, integrations, data, and enterprise systems. Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, senior stakeholders, and technology organizations. As a Platform Product Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products—from discovery and development through deployment and ongoing operations—ensuring they deliver measurable value to both the business and our co-workers.
The PPDM Platform Solutions is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the design, architecture, governance, and solution strategy across the People Planning subdomain. The role provides deep techno-functional expertise across Workforce Management (WFM) capabilities and serves as the horizontal architecture and design authority spanning all platform implementations, including UKG, Legion and other WFM solutions.
Leading a team of Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), this role ensures that business capabilities, architectural standards, and solution designs are aligned across the enterprise, regardless of the underlying technology platform. The position acts as the bridge between business strategy, product management, and technology delivery, driving standardization, scalability, and innovation across the People Planning landscape.
Beyond delivery, you will play a key role in fostering a high-performing, collaborative team environment and establishing ways of working that support agility, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
To be concrete, you will: Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects and WFM SMEs within the People Planning subdomain.
Serve as the Design Authority for People Planning solutions, governing architecture, solution design, standards, and best practices across all WFM platforms.
Provide deep techno-functional leadership across Workforce Management capabilities, including: Demand forecasting Labor planning and optimization Scheduling Time and attendance Compliance and labor regulations Workforce analytics and reporting Employee and manager experience
Establish and drive a horizontal capability strategy that transcends individual platforms such as UKG, Legion or other WFM solutions.
Define target-state architectures, capability models, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps for the People Planning domain.
Review and approve solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles, business objectives, security standards, and operational requirements.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Business stakeholders to identify opportunities for standardization, rationalization, and process harmonization across the WFM ecosystem.
Act as the primary escalation point and trusted advisor for complex solution, architecture, and domain-related decisions.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement by evaluating emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices within Workforce Management and People Planning.
