For this role we believe you have 10-15 years of experience and proven record of consistently meeting/exceeding results in executing procurement and contracting for mid to large Construction projects/Retail constructions with good knowledge and experience in MEPFS (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire and Security) etc. Able to navigate well and independently in a complex stakeholder environment.
• Good industry background and knowledge of local Construction market, regulations, and general practices with degree in Mechanical engineering/Electrical Engineering , quantity surveying and Cost Management • Sound understanding of different Procurement methods for Retail Construction Projects. • Experience in Strategic sourcing and ability to identify business opportunities to establish long term strategic partnerships with Key Suppliers. • Good knowledge of Supplier Relationship and Performance Management to drive overall quality improvement, cost optimization and innovation. • Knowledge of Category cost / market drivers and trends to contribute in MEPFS sourcing strategies • Responsible to manage Project Procurement and Contracting for Green field projects/Brownfield/ Retail / warehouse developments. • In depth knowledge to execute design/technical & construction related procurement processes and compliance to company policies. • Knowledge of FIDIC conditions of contract. • Good Knowledge in RFx preparation, contract drafting, contract negotiation and execution. • Ability to identify and mitigate potential procurement risks throughout the Project life cycle • Sound understanding of TCO and life cycle cost concepts. • Execute and Implement Key priorities identified in Country Category plan. • Frequently visiting constructions sites to support project requirements • Lead and manage various Low-cost establishment/Local Sourcing initiatives. • Negotiate to secure the best value and commercial terms for Ingka. • Responsible to meet and exceed cost saving targets contributing to overall Ingka Procurement goals. • Contribute with good legal knowledge of Purchase agreements and Contract structuring. • Ability to Contribute to budget inputs for Construction, Fit Out and rebuild projects • Fluent in English both written and spoken • Strong knowledge in purchasing practices and related processes • Good knowledge of industry and market specific conditions • Strong negotiation skills. • Experience of supplier management and supplier development • Strong financial competence and understanding • Good knowledge of cost drivers and the value chain of relevant segment and industry • Experience in SAP procurement tools such as ARIBA/S4Hana

Contribute to the development and execution of the category/market action plan by: Securing compliance of the Group Procurement purchase process. Building long term supplier partnerships and drive supplier performance. Involving relevant business partners to identify business needs and opportunities.
