    To be successful in this role, you have:
    • Relevant education and at least 2+ years of experience in data analysis, management, and performance tracking.
    • Experience in business intelligence tools such as QlikView, Cognos, Power BI, or similar.
    • Hands-on experience with Office 365, Power Platform, SQL, Python, or Google Analytics.
    • Good understanding of supply chain processes and how they connect within a non-compliant workflow.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and engaging way.
    • A collaborative mindset and motivation to learn, develop, and drive digital transformation

    Your responsibilities

    As a QSC Business Support Specialist, you will play a key role in improving product and supply quality by managing and optimising non-compliant workflows. You will act as a bridge between business and IT, enabling smooth digital processes and supporting stakeholders through data-driven insights.
    Your main responsibilities include:
    • Leading action plans for non-compliant workflows and setting priorities aligned with business strategy.
    • Acting as the main interface between QSC business and IT to continuously optimise systems and processes.
    • Leading the creation of system change requests and supporting new digital solutions for QSC operations.
    • Ensuring transparency and effective communication within the QSC team and with stakeholders.
    • Leading as a country superuser for key applications and guiding teams to adopt modern technologies.
    • Providing performance statistics and insights to improve product and supply quality.
    • Contributing to the QSC management team by developing better ways of working, sharing learnings, and driving continuous improvement.
