    • IKEA Milton Keynes are looking to welcome a Warehouse Team Manager, in IKEA we call this a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader .

    A Warehouse Team Leader at IKEA manages daily operations of all incoming stock into the building, supports and develops team members, ensures safety and compliance, and optimizes processes to maintain efficiency and cost-effectiveness.


    WHAT WE OFFER

    • The Start Date of employment will be: TBC
    • Starting salary of £29,789per annum, based on competence and experience. Plus a nightshift allowance of £2.25ph for hours worked between 22.00pm and 6am
    • 39 Hours working 5 days per week with every 2nd weekend off.. Shifts will be from 2am until 10.30am.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Experience of leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others workload.
    • Business-minded approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make quick decisions and take personal initiatives, open to change and highly flexible.
    • Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers.
    • Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and strong computer literacy.
