    What you'll be doing day to day

    • Assembly, Mounting, Building, and Securing Furniture
    Comfortable using hand and power tools
    Working in a fast-paced environment

    This job is building all the furniture used in the showrooms as well as maintaining the integrity of the displays we have on the floor.
    This person should be good at reading directions, working with tools, and building furniture within a short timeline.
    This person has to work well with others and know how to use SharePoint and communicate via e-mail.
    This coworker also needs to be able to move the furniture they build so no restrictions on weight and loading and pulling a pallet jack

    Assembling display products for the introduction of new products.
    • Assisting customers and providing advice on the best solutions for their homes.
    • Keeping your sales floor tidy, priced and fully stocked to give customers a positive shopping experience.
    • Acting as an expert and consultant on a broad range of home furnishing solutions, products and services to inspire and inform customers.
    • Guiding customers toward top-selling and prioritized products.

    JOB TYPE - Permanent, Full-Time, Hourly Associate
    HOURS - From 34-40 hours per week (HL3) // Benefits Eligible
    SHIFTS – Fully open work schedule availability including evenings and weekends required; Work schedules are published one month in advance

    The starting hourly pay range for this role is $17.24 - $19.83

    QUALIFICATIONS

    1 year experience in retail sales, preferably in the home furnishing sector
    The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 17.24 USD to 19.83 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
