  • WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

    • Take ownership of Unit performance by defining and executing action plans aligned with country priorities and monitoring KPIs to address opportunities and risks in a fast-changing environment.
    • Drive commercial excellence across all channels by steering sales on top-selling, prioritized products and IKEA service solutions while ensuring the Unit is always in excellent shape.
    • Use customer, market and competition insights to adapt commercial actions, responding to local needs, feedback and stock availability.
    • Collaborate closely with the Store Commercial Team, Service Office matrix and P&C to ensure strong alignment and the right competence in place to deliver excellent customer experience.
    • Recruit, onboard and develop the team, strengthening sales mindset, product knowledge and service competence while supporting engagement and succession planning.

    WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

    • Proven experience in Sales, including coordinating resources and supporting team performance delivery
    • Knowledge of Sales techniques, local market and services, Sales Steering, Sales channels, Cycles, Data Analytics and Sales KPIs, P&L
    • Ability to make things happen, priorities and make decisions by championing flexibility, speed, and simplicity
    • A considered decision-maker thanks to strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
    • Ability to organize and prioritize different tasks and processes and identify business opportunities
    • Follow up and measure performance outcomes, capturing key learnings to continuously improve planning and future results.
    • Ability to speak in Italian and English
