  • Who you are

IKEA, a global leader in home furnishing solutions, has been growing in France for over 40 years with the same vision: “to create a better everyday life for the many people.”
Driven by our culture and values, we are passionate about life at home.

At IKEA, we live the Swedish culture every day. And just like the Swedes, we use first names and speak informally with everyone—regardless of role or unit. That’s why we’re doing it here, starting with this job ad and throughout the recruitment process!
Here’s the profile we’re looking for:

IKEA values truly resonate with your personal values.
You already have experience in sales/customer relations and/or in the B2B sector in a managerial role.
You demonstrate strong leadership and are able to give meaning and inspire your teams in a simple and caring way.
You are organized, determined, and capable of rallying your teams around a common goal.
You have a strong interest in business-oriented strategies and client portfolio development, with knowledge of the B2B sector.
You are comfortable with negotiation and project management, and have excellent interpersonal skills.
You believe in the power of teamwork and co-creation.
You are comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken.

Note: This position requires regular travel to meet with clients and professional networks.

What you'll be doing day to day

You’ll act as a true partner to local businesses, making IKEA the go-to brand for professional furnishing solutions in your market. Your role will be to maximize sales and profitability by creating a smooth and professional experience for our B2B customers—both in-store and online.
    To achieve this, you will:

Build and lead a high-performing team: recruit, develop, and retain IKEA talents dedicated to professional customers.
Drive the local strategy: develop the IKEA action plan for B2B in alignment with the national strategy.
Analyze and take action: monitor KPIs, identify growth opportunities, and improve customer satisfaction.
Create lasting relationships: build a strong network with local economic stakeholders and promote the IKEA brand.
Manage key projects: present and negotiate with decision-makers, prepare quotes, and oversee projects from sale to after-sales.
Drive performance: understand the P&L, manage budgets, and measure financial impact.
Ensure a seamless and professional customer experience, both in-store and online.

Please note: You may be required to work one Saturday per month and take on “Duty Manager” shifts, acting as the store’s point of contact for the day.

    Why join us?
At IKEA, you’ll have the opportunity to co-create innovative solutions, grow your skills, and contribute to an ambitious goal: making IKEA a key player for professional customers.

Salary: Between €37,284 and €50,000 per year, depending on experience and skills (gross annual salary including the 13th-month bonus, based on a full-time 35-hour contract).

    Benefits include:
    A 13th month bonus
Up to 18 RTT (reduction of working time) days
An IKEA bonus and a profit-sharing scheme rewarding collective performance
Comprehensive company health insurance from day one
The possibility to enjoy a healthy and varied lunch for less than €3
A 15% discount on your purchases at IKEA.
