YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Contributing to the planning and execution of Commercial activation, local, country, and global.
• Contributing to the execution of Operational Forecasting in the unit in co-operation with
commercial partners, by proactively monitoring and highlighting deviations and securing high
quality in the operational forecast.
• Contributing to securing correct range management in the unit by proactively monitoring and
taking needed actions.
• Contributing to securing correct stock accuracy in the unit by proactively monitoring and taking
needed actions.
• Contributing to securing optimal Stock structure by proactively working to reduce Avoidable stock,
resulting in healthy capacity utilization and low costs.
TOGETHER AS A TEAM
Contributing to secure the agreed availability goals for the unit.
Securing an excellent commercial planning and execution by actively working together with unit commercial partners.
Enabling efficient operations by supporting the supply integration process, co-operating with supply chain partners, and securing correct replenishment of the unit.
