You are an experienced, forward-thinking finance leader, with a passion to lead the transformation of Financial Controlling in Ingka. You love developing people and business together. You are structured, creative and curious, particularly about how digital automation can transform finance.
You like to seek diverse input to understand complex problems and co-create solutions that fit with Ingka’s unique culture and values. You can lead diverse teams to deliver, ensuring that financial reporting, control and audit commitments are met in a fast-moving business, and with a mindset of continuous improvement and operational excellence. You are strong at communicating and leading globally and cross-functionally.
What you'll be doing day to day
Lead the transformation of Ingka Group’s external and internal financial reporting. Secure high quality financial statements are consolidated, audited and filed (Revenue €42bln, assets >€58bln), meeting required standards. Secure that internal financial reporting enable business to meet our vision to create a better everyday life for the many people. Lead the direct team and the community ensuring that people thrive, perform and have fun in their daily work.
To give a couple of concrete examples, you will:
- Lead, provide strategy and direction to senior managers to develop, as well as implement standardised accounting, reporting and internal control frameworks. - Be accountable for the consolidated Ingka Group results and manage the global relationship with the external auditor. - Develop and own the financial data model to secure compliance and insight for steering our business - Lead and work with others to design and build the finance organisation of the future - Negotiate with senior colleagues to influence policy and provide input into organisation level decisions and concerns. - Recruit and develop high performing, competent, diverse leaders who are focused on business & people. - Create a climate of trust where dialogue and sharing of opinions are encouraged and leaders dare to be different and enable change. - Inspire leaders to lead by example according to the IKEA values.

We are in the middle of transforming finance and procurement operations with SAP4HANA and standardised ways of working in countries, Group and Global Business Operations. This is a big journey for our co-workers and Ingka. Group Financial Controlling play a key role in leading the global change and changing ourselves at the same time, together with our colleagues.
