In other words, you are a passionate and hands on professional with a strong sense of urgency and a solution focused approach. You are a self-starter who can work independently. As you will be part of a small team, this is a hands-on role where we work closely together.

    You have strong communication skills that help you to navigate through the organization and build relationships. You enjoy working, collaborating and co-creating in a vibrant and inclusive environment. And, of course, you share and live the IKEA culture and values.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Transfer Pricing Advisor, you will support the Ingka Group organization in the area of Transfer Pricing and your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

    · Provide technical Transfer Pricing advice and analyses;
    · Lead projects regarding Transfer Pricing matters to country and business, e.g., for business integration, new business developments, acquisitions, etc.;
    · Proactively monitor the Ingka Group Transfer Pricing model for our Retail, Centres and Investments businesses, including review of business developments and financial information;
    · Analyse, improve and implement Transfer Pricing processes and policies for the Group’s main intercompany transactions;
    · Address business developments, and identify industry trends and regulatory changes, that are relevant for Transfer Pricing purposes, and advice on those;
    · Contribute to the preparation of Transfer Pricing documentation;
    · In addition, you will create an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces the diversity of co-workers and customers

    Our team within IKEA

    In this role, you’ll join our Transfer Pricing team, which is part of Group Tax within Group Finance. You’ll report to the Transfer Pricing Manager and be based in our Leiden office, home to around 200 colleagues from Group Functions.
