    • Your background includes 2-4 years of experience in supply chain operations at operational and tactical level, with a proven track record in developing business improvement initiatives
    • You have experience in building & maintaining strong relationships with internal & external stakeholders and bring strong capabilities in leading interdependently to drive business success & continuous improvement
    • With your analytical skills & passion for onnichannel retailing you excel at translating business and customer needs into practical development solutions, in an environment that caters for both, B2C & B2B
    • You thrive in fast changing environments and have solid project management experience, including working with various business partners both internally and externally
    • Your collaborative mindset helps you build strong relationships across the organisation while maintaining an end-to-end process orientation
    • Strong computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications support your daily work, with knowledge of IKEA system landscape applications being a valuable plus
    • Fluent German & English skills enable you to communicate effectively in our national & international environment, both internally & externally.

    Your responsibilities

    You will report directly to the Country Core Services Manager, collaborating closely to implement and continuously improve & develop Core Services capabilities that enable operational excellence, customer satisfaction & growth at low cost.

    • You lead the implementation & continuous improvement of IKEA’s Core Service capabilities, processes & ways of working by taking responsibility for assigned internal & external service providers in a designated geographical area, together within the Core Service team & in close collaboration with the markets
    • Together with service partners and other IKEA stakeholders, you ensure growth at low cost by safeguarding excellence in Core Service execution within contractual frameworks, taking responsibility for customer value creation and efficiency goals while contributing to the development of the Core Service capabilities in respective field
    • You safeguard compliance in Core Service execution with IKEA co-workers and service providers, ensuring alignment with IWAY, the IKEA Concept, and Ingka Standard Operating Procedures
    • By leading Core Service excellence in designated area, you embed cost-efficient ways of working that secure high-quality customer interactions and compliance with agreed performance standards while contributing to the development of Core Service Offer & Core Service capabilities in respective geographical area
    • You foster a high-performing, inclusive team culture and contribute to learning offers that empower both internal teams and service providers with the knowledge and skills needed for success
    • Your leadership capabilities & strong collaboration with IKEA markets will help you to identify, implement and develop creative solutions that respond to business and customer needs to safeguard growth at low cost in an omnichannel environment
    • Amongst the scope of Core Services, you actively contribute to drive synergies amongst all Core Service capabilities to support simplicity in ways of working, faster decision making & implementation of Standard Operating Procedures, continuous improvement & development in Core Service business

    This position is advertised as full-time. We are open to discussing part-time arrangements with suitable candidates during the interview process.

    The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is € 2.663,50 gross per month (full-time). Based on an all-in contract (14x per year), we offer a minimum gross salary of €3.300,- per month for this position. It is important to us that you are paid fairly and in line with your competences. Therefore, your actual salary will be determined together with you in a personal interview.
