WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025
• Starting salary of £30,564 per annum, final salary offer will be based on skills and experience.
• 39 hours working 5 days per week, including late evenings and alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• You have been responsible for a team either in the Food Industry or Hospitality sector.
• You have experience guiding a team in an environment that is constantly evolving where the ability to switch between tasks and priorities is key.
• You work well as part of a management team, understanding how your individual contribution enhances overall team performance.
• You enjoy working through your team, motivating and encouraging them to deliver results in line with sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• You support your team effectively and see obstacles as opportunities to be creative and find new solutions.


WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• You will be responsible for ensuring that both IKEA and Local compliance standards are met, maintaining a safe environment for customer and co-workers.
• You will collaborate with other areas of the store to implement commercial strategies in line with the commercial calendar.
• You will work closely with the Kitchen Production Manager to secure high levels of customer and co-worker satisfaction.
• You will contribute to the creation of various action plans including Unit and IKEA Food business plans.
• You will develop a capable and diverse team, building knowledge through training and the empowerment of your co-workers.
