Are you a motivated and goal-oriented professional with an enthusiasm for sales and supply chain management? We are seeking a Sales Supply and Support Manager to join our innovative team. In this role, you will oversee our sales operations, enhance supply chain processes, and ensure first-rate customer support. If you thrive in a solution-oriented environment and are skilled at promoting growth, we want to hear from you! You will be the Fulfilment Integration Manager and part of our Fulfilment team.
WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: March 2025
• This role offers a salary starting from £30,564 per annum, final salary offer will be dependent on skills and experience.
• 39 hours working 5 days per week including alternate weekends.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE
• You have experience in a retail or logistics role.
• You have managed a team for at least 2 years and can demonstrate strategic leadership in delivering both people and business goals.
• You are experienced in inspiring and engaging others in an evolving environment, securing both efficiency and productivity by focusing on commercial priorities.
• You understand budgets, cost and performance indicators, analysing them to create actions and follow up to deliver long term business growth.
• You have experience working through others, set priorities, delegate responsibility, and give open and constructive feedback.
• You think tactical and operational, implementing action plans, providing clear direction, and following up goals.
• You have previously worked with Microsoft Office and analytics programs such as Power BI.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• You will work as part of the commercial team to implement Commercial activations, range changes and operational forecasting in the unit.
• You will be responsible for monitoring and securing correct range management and stock accuracy management in the unit.
• You will be responsible for delivering healthy capacity utilization and low costs by forward planning.
• You will deliver continuous process improvement in the fulfilment unit overseeing and supporting potential new ways of working.
• You will be responsible for coaching, developing, and inspiring an effective Fulfilment Integration team that works closely with Fulfilment Operations team.
