You have:

• An education in interior design or architecture or similar, with minimum 1 year of experience in working with clients on designing their homes and offices (please include a portfolio of previous work).
• High communication skills in both written and spoken Serbian and English.
• Computer proficiency with knowledge and experience of using relevant software (Sketchup, AutoCAD and Power Point are mandatory).
• Passion for design, interior design trends, knowledge of how people live in our market.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships and openly give/receive feedback.
• Ability to deliver within scope of tasks & budget and perform with quality and speed with challenging deadlines.

• Actively listen to understand customer needs, style and identity and translate this information into relevant, functional, and aesthetic interior design solutions.
• Use only IKEA product range and interior design competence to create solutions for all types of customers and for their activities to create complete interior design solutions with all aspects as e.g., function, architectural elements, scale, colour, material, shape, form, ergonomics, lighting, sustainability etc. in mind.
• Secure high quality, simplicity, efficiency, and cost consciousness throughout the whole planning process to ensure long-term profitability, and constant feedback-based improvement.
• Stay up to date on interior design trends and knowledge, changes in how people live in the market and our competition, with the purpose of using this knowledge to deliver excellent and relevant solutions.
• Respect routines and responsibilities, work together with other partnering functions, act quickly to exploit commercial opportunities, and understand the impact of your actions on the financial results.

We are offering a full-time position (40 hours per week) on a fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension. This role is based in Belgrade and follows a hybrid work model.

In the IKEA world, this position is officially referred to as: Interior Design Co-worker.
