    • Ideally, over 10 years of experience planning, measuring, and driving marketing performance - preferably in retail or home furnishing - bringing solid know-how.

    • Experience in customer segmentation, including developing segmentation approaches and conducting follow-up analysis to drive targeted marketing actions.
    • Confidence in working with performance dashboards and translating data (e.g., Power BI insights) into clear actions that strengthen customer experience and business results.
    • A good understanding of multichannel marketing and customer behaviors across online and offline channels; experience working with media agencies is a plus.
    • Strategic thinking paired with a practical, problem-solving approach to challenges.
    • Clear and inspiring communication skills, with a commitment to living the IKEA values.
    • The ability to thrive in fast-moving environments, motivated by making a real impact.
    • Fluency in English and enthusiasm for working with global teams.

    A day in your life with us

    As our Marketing Performance Leader, you’ll lead the way in defining how we measure success and improve the impact of all our marketing efforts. Together with your teammates, you’ll ensure that our marketing plans are smart, data-driven, and fully aligned with IKEA’s mission to create value for the many people.

    Your main assignments will include:
    • Defining and owning the Marketing Performance Framework - KPIs, measurements, and reviews - to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Driving significant improvements in ROI across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
    • Leading performance analysis and sharing key insights to influence marketing strategies globally and locally.
    • Collaborating closely with Customer Engagement, Integrated Media, and Marketing Communications teams to identify growth opportunities and deliver integrated marketing plans.
    • Ensuring ongoing follow-up on marketing output, capturing learnings, and continuously improving plans and results.
    • Acting as a role model of IKEA values, promoting openness, co-creation, and a culture of learning.
    • Partnering with commercial and cross-functional teams to create a seamless multichannel marketing experience.
    • Developing and maintaining performance dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to provide transparent visibility of KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making across stakeholders.

    This is a full-time, permanent position reporting to the Country (SEE) Marketing Manager.

    Candidates from the IKEA SEE region (Croatia, Serbia, Slovenia, Romania, Ukraine) can retain their current country of residence, as we operate with a decentralized Service Office structure. Please note that no mobility support is provided for this role.
