    My name is Nathalie Goldbach and I am Workplace Operations Manager at Ingka AB, Helsingborg. I am looking for a Communications Coordinator with skills and interest to support within the Interior Design scope at Sockerbruket where you will join our operative team of 12 co-workers.

    WE BELIEVE FOR THIS ROLE YOU HAVE

    • Knowledge and experience of working with Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop.
    • Knowledge and experience of creating and implementing IKEA communication using IKEA Tone of voice.
    • Basic IKEA brand knowledge and ability update range presentations using global tools and best practices of furnishing ‘the IKEA way’.
    • Knowledge or ability to learn how to work with IKEA Price and product communication (e.g. P-tag), Commercial lighting, IKEA style groups, IKEA range presentation, IKEA Display techniques and 3D software such as Revit.
    • A hands-on approach implementing Interior Design concepts according to local relevance, function, aesthetic and commerciality.
    • Ability to perceive, interpret and interact with space and surroundings to implement flows and Interior Design solutions that reflect co-worker needs.
    • Ability to strike a balance between: keeping a good overview and paying attention to details as you are structured, proactive and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
    • Good computer skills and ability working in different IT systems, Teams and Office 365.
    • Excellent skills in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

    You have a curious drive to establish and maintain an internal network and collaborate across the IKEA group as you will be a part of both the local operations team, the Communications- and Interior Design matrix and working closely with our other sites in Sweden (Älmhult and Malmö). At the same time, you are reliable to work independently. Most important of all, you share our IKEA values!

    A DAY IN LIFE WITH US!
    Your main tasks will be:

    • Responsible for planning and delivering relevant communication in shape as new across channels, tailored to target groups and timelines.
    • Assist vinyl- and large print creation, cutting and implementing at all our sites.
    • Translate, adjust and implement Interior Design solutions.
    • Ensuring hub in shape as new together with local Operations team by driving systematic improvements, always applying your curious eye and ability to finish the details.
    • Sharing expertise with stakeholders to stay on top of daily operations, support goal delivery, promote risk management, and ensure good office ergonomics.
    • Support the Interior Design Specialist with basic updates in Revit and contribute creatively in workshops.
