    What you'll need to have

    • Several years of experience in Marketing Communications, with a strong track record of delivering campaigns that move the needle.
    • Solid knowledge of home furnishing and lifestyle trends, with passion for creating better everyday living at home.
    • Strong understanding of the retail landscape and omnichannel approaches — from in-store to digital and beyond.
    • Broad experience across marketing comms, creative, and production processes.
    • Strong leadership skills — you keep the red thread through every channel, every message, every moment.
    • Speed, quality, and follow-through — you deliver, you measure, you learn, and you improve.
    • Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

    About this work area

    As Country Marketing Communications Leader, you will lead, brief, and execute marketing communication activities, ensuring commercial impact, brand consistency, and one clear voice in the market.

    You will:
    • Contribute as a core member of the Marketing team, shaping plans and outputs to deliver on shared objectives.
    • Safeguard brand identity by ensuring consistency in messaging, tone of voice, and communication.
    • Adapt and optimize global content locally to maximize relevance and impact.
    • Lead local campaigns end-to-end — briefing, creative review, production, budgets, timelines, agency management, and campaign follow-up.
    • Collaborate across functions to secure integration, alignment, and stronger results.
    • Represent local needs globally, ensuring they are captured and addressed.
    • Work closely with the integrated media team to create and optimize marketing automation initiatives.

    This role is full-time, permanent and located at Service Office, Helsingborg. Start according to agreement.
