To be successful in this role you need to have good communication and writing skills in both Swedish & English. You should also have knowledge/experience from working in Excel. It is also a must that you have previous knowledge and/or experience from search engine marketing, SEO and SEM (3-5 years). We also believe you have some knowledge of performance marketing and web analytics, and experience using SEO specific tools. You also have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships. As a person you are eager to learn and develop, have a drive to deliver and have both feet on the ground.
If you have knowledge about the IKEA business and the IKEA range it is definitely a bonus.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities (among other things) :
- Actively participate in the E-commerce team and contribute to achieving common goals and strategies. - Responsible for integrated search strategies, aligning paid and organic search efforts, and managing social search and reputation. - Do ongoing keyword research and identify and implement improvements and potentials for content optimization. - Stay updated on new algorithms and changes in search engines, and give/implement relevant recommendations. - Collaborate with content editors and marketing teams to optimize SEO and content creation. - Follow-up & report on SEO performance indicators, such as Google keyword rankings, and contribute to SEO projects. - Leverage AI-driven search insights to optimize SEO performance and adapting to future search landscape. - Spread SEO understanding to non-SEO stakeholders (e.g., development, content, local marketing teams) through training and Q&A sessions - Apply internal link strategies to help search engines crawl and discover content, establishing information hierarchy.
