    • Who you are

    You have good analytical skills, as well as strong computer skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. A good level regarding Excel-competence especially needed. You are comfortable with communicating in both Swedish and English.

    You understand IKEA customers’ needs of today and find pleasure in meeting and exceeding their expectations. You have an eagerness to understand both our customers´, as well as the IKEA business needs of tomorrow. You have a willingness to constantly improve our business with a high focus on customer satisfaction.

    You are good in building relationships with various business partners, both internally and externally. You have experience of project management and enjoy working in a fast changing environment.

    For this role we see that you have an education in logistics (transport), economics, business administration or relevant work experience internally or externally. You enjoy and master working on both operational and tactical level.

    Your responsibilities

    The services we offer our customers are primarily picking their orders, home delivery, assembly and installation. As our customers behavior is changing so are the demands of our services and service providers. In this role you are responsible for the performance of assigned service partner(s).

    Key tasks:
    Preform analysis connected to key operational metrics such as:
    Cost development
    Leadtime development
    Quality measures

    But also (among other things) :
    - execution and follow up of operations connected to internal and external service partners
    - relevant negotiations
    - ensure legal compliance
    - develop new operational models
    - main speaking partner for assigned service partner(s)
    - contribute to Sustainability agenda

    Service Fulfilment operations is a function within Customer Fulfilment (CFF) and is responsible for operational excellence, performance and development of the fulfilment of affordable core services, resulting in a relevant, effective and sustainable service offer to perform with excellence with the customer needs in focus.

    This role is fulltime, temporary during at least 12 months, starting september / oktober 2025 or according to agreement. Location is Service Office in Helsingborg and some travelling (1 day/week), are expected in the position.
