    Your responsibilities

    • I maintain my area of responsibility in excellent condition, ensuring it is efficiently equipped and co-workers are available to support customers at all times.
    • I lead by example in customer focus, teamwork, and responsibility, empowering co-workers with knowledge, confidence, and motivation to provide the best service.
    • I actively seek and act on customer feedback, resolving issues quickly and identifying root causes of recurring problems to implement sustainable improvements.
    • I ensure accurate stock inventory awareness within the team and work with my manager and other functions to optimize customer satisfaction, sales growth, and profitability.
    • I plan and organise staffing so the right number of co-workers are in the right place at the right time, while monitoring performance against daily and weekly service targets.
    • Through my actions, I promote IKEA culture and values, fostering togetherness, simplicity, and continuous improvement in all aspects of the customer experience.
