    Your responsibilities

    • Ensure the appropriate processes are followed and actions are taken daily to secure food safety, IKEA quality, standards for operation routines and reduce waste
    • Ensure that every customer has a consistently excellent shopping experience by supporting, challenging and coaching co-workers to see through a customer’s eyes
    • Act upon customer feedback, recognizing good customer service and taking appropriate action to avoid repeated problems (find better ways)
    • Build the competence of the team through regular coaching, support and encouragement (Lead and develop people)
    • Contribute to identifying, recruiting, introducing and developing the many talents in the department
    • Contribute to the implementation of global and national compliance standards in the area of responsibility to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
    • Implement the global and national people and sustainability strategies
