    • Who you are

    Please Note that This position is with IKEA RCMP Korea, but the role will be based at our Dongbusan store.

    • You have experience of setting and implementing action plans and budgets, and following up goals.
    • You have the ability to develop knowledge of the local market and business conditions quickly and take winning commercial decisions based on local market information.
    • You can manage a horizontal business and influence others in a matrix organisation. You also possess excellent communication skills that allow you to interact seamlessly with customers as well as internal and external partners.

    A day in your life with us

    •Optimising sales and profitability through global IKEA priorities, the IKEA product range, the national market and your competitors. You use this information to define and agree with your manager the IKEA Business plan.
    •Leading all stakeholders and your colleagues in the store to understand your market, your consumers, specifically business customers and their business needs. You then use this knowledge to improve our customers’ shopping experience.
    •Working actively with the Country IKEA Business Leader, Remote Area Manager and your local marketing function to identify and build long-lasting relationships with external partners to better understand their needs and increase awareness for the IKEA offer in your local market.
    •Lead the IKEA for Business team, develop, coach and challenge your co-workers to grow and perform.
    •Create the IKEA for Business action plan to deliver to the market business plan with input from key stakeholders.
    •Create a convenient and professional meeting with the customer in your market, both online and offline.
    •Build long-lasting relationships with local business communities and actively spread the awareness of IKEA as a brand and partner for business in your local market.
    •Create sales quotations, follow-up on customer journeys and see projects to completion
