    Your responsibilities

    • Acknowledge local market specifics and lead efforts to meet customer needs within the omni ecosystem, ensuring a seamless shopping experience through inspiring home furnishing solutions and services.
    • Lead and empower a multiskilled team to promote and sell prioritized range and services aligned with the commercial calendar, through strong customer interactions, sales steering, availability, and impactful range presentation.
    • Secure effective, qualitative, and efficient daily operations within the assigned area of responsibility, contributing to customer satisfaction, goal achievement, and business standards, including Manager on Duty responsibilities when applicable.
    • Ensure compliance and a safe work environment by maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace, adhering to IKEA’s Code of Conduct, internal policies, and local health, safety, business, and environmental regulations.
    • Take the lead in identifying, recruiting, retaining, and developing talent within the assigned scope, building a diverse and high-performing team capable of delivering results and ensuring future succession.
