    This permanent position is to be filled on a full-time basis.



    • Strong experience in marketing performance measurement, analytics, and ROI optimization
    • A commercial mindset and the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes.
    • The ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and actionable insights.
    • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills having a collaborative approach and the ability to build strong partnerships across functions.
    • A growth mindset, curiosity, and a passion for continuous improvement.
    • A strong commitment to IKEA values and creating positive impact for customers and the business.
    • You have good command of German and English.



    • You will drive the marketing performance agenda and ensure that marketing investments deliver measurable business results.
    • You will drive continuous improvement of marketing ROI through data driven decision making.
    • Lead performance analysis across paid, owned, and earned media channels.
    • Identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and influence decision-making through actionable insights and performance reporting.
    • Lead the marketing planning process by ensuring decisions are based on a clear understanding of performance and business impact.
    • Measure and evaluate marketing effectiveness throughout the year to ensure performance excellence.
    • Collaborate across commercial functions to secure integration, alignment, and maximum business impact.

    This job is located in our Service Office/ Head Office of IKEA Germany in Hofheim-Wallau between Wiesbaden and Frankfurt am Main.
