Job description
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Production Supervisor to join our production team in the brand new furniture production. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, supervise, and develop a team of shift leaders and production staff to achieve operational goals.
Organize and manage day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery.
Develop and implement actionable plans to meet production targets, improve processes, ensure right quality and address challenges effectively.
Foster collaboration between departments, including Quality, Maintenance, and Health & Safety and Lean ( Continuous Improvement) to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
Build and nurture a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and high team engagement and development.
Development and implementation of new processes and new products
Qualification
Proven experience in a leadership role within a production or manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of motivating and managing diverse teams.
Experience with new product launches and production ramp-ups.
Solid technical background, preferably in furniture production, engineering or a related field.
Strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail and open- minded for new solutions

Wage (gross)
2.600 EUR/month, final offer depends on proven experience of successful candidate
The position is located in Malacky, close to Bratislava in Slovakia. S
