Job description
Are you passionate about learning and development? Do you want to help thousands of people grow their skills and make a real impact on how IKEA delivers the right products and home furnishing solutions into customers' homes.
We’re looking for a Learning Product Developer to lead the creation of learning solutions and programs for IKEA’s global supply and customer fulfilment co-workers. If you’re excited about designing learning that supports real business impact, outcomes, and you want to help IKEA deliver on its vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people—this could be your next big opportunity.
Why this role?
Imagine helping IKEA co-workers around the world grow their skills and confidence. As a Learning Product Developer, you’ll create high-quality learning experiences that help teams understand IKEA’s unique way of working and deliver great customer experiences.
You’ll lead the development of learning solutions that support IKEA’s business goals and help us stay ahead in a fast-changing retail world. Your knowledge of retail and customer interaction—especially in an omni-channel environment—will help shape learning that truly makes a difference.
