    To this role you bring:

    • At least 5 years of experience in similar or equivalent role.
    • Strong analytical skills and willingness to dig deep in problem solving.
    • Profound expertise and knowledge of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process.
    • Solid competence either in SAP ARIBA (up&downstream) and preferably VIM.
    • Experience in driving technical implementations (including data).
    • Profound Change Management and understanding of user needs.
    • Process visualization skills and solid digital understanding.
    • Excellent business knowledge and mindset.

    It's a must to be fluent in English both written and spoken.

    Your responsibilities

    As a Process Development Leader, you are responsible for and will lead implementation and activity split of the procurement end-to-end process to secure fit for purpose, standardized and automated ways of working. You will also drive the improvement of the process together with relevant stakeholders cross-group functions, CoE, Digital and GBO.
    You will be the key speaking partner for running projects and business as usual when it comes to all dimensions of supplier data flows (from registration to payment).

    Furthermore, you will:

    • Secure consistency and interdependencies in the ways of working with development toward other connected processes (within IKEA/IKEA procurement overall process landscape).
    • Demonstrates willingness and contribute to change by taking necessary actions and adapting to new circumstances.
    • Contribute to the design & development of the S2P Processes & Procurement Framework.
    • Drive and implement continuous improvement including IT solutions in relation to the S2P processes.
    • Contribute to securing S2P Rules & Guidelines (Policies).
    • Lead and implement the documentation process incl. Desk top procedures to GBO.
    • Lead and enable own and cross functional team members to reach functional goals and following processes and suggesting improvements.
    • Give input to decisions and implement required process/project updates.

    This is a permanent position located in Malmö, Sweden. You will report to Process Development Manager, Christian Eberl.
