Your new job
As our temporary Recruitment Leader (1 year assignment) at Inter IKEA Enabling Functions and Retail Concept, you’ll play an important part in the team. In this role, you will operationally lead the recruitment team, ensuring smooth day-to-day delivery and excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences, while also contributing to the long-term development of recruitment capabilities that will define how we attract and hire talent across the organisation. You’ll work at both strategic and hands-on levels, and continue to build sustainable, data-driven, and inclusive recruitment practices.
On a typical working day, you will:
- Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the recruitment team (internal and external recruiters), ensuring quality delivery
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and serving as a talent advisor to the business
- Working proactively on forecasting and advanced planning of talent needs through recruitment data and recruitment analytics
- Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and serving as a talent advisor to the business
- Identify synergies and common ways of working for an efficient and effective recruitment process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment, and provide recommendations for new tactics and strategies to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment activities
- Be the speaking partner, both internal and external, for common recruitment, sourcing and employer brand initiatives
- Utilize and advocate for global platforms, tools, programs, and direct recruiting techniques to identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates for assigned and anticipated vacancies
- Secure integration of Diversity, Equality and Inclusion approach and knowledge into all steps of the recruitment experience
- Lead, participate and/or contribute in projects and networks connected to Talent & Development to secure a grip on the total competence agenda
What we’d like you to bring to the table
The role as a Recruitment Leader requires you to bring:
- Experience in leading strategic and operational recruitment in large, complex or matrixed organisations.
- Experience with recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and using data to drive recruitment decisions.
- Strong expertise in sourcing strategies, selection methods, candidate assessment, and recruitment process development.
- Solid understanding of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
- Experience in improving recruitment processes, with focus on quality, efficiency, and inclusion.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recruitment trends, tools, platforms, and systems.
