    We are now looking for a Reporting & Intelligence Analyst, to join Ingka Group Business Risk & Compliance (BR&C), who wants to secure and improve BR&C data quality and enable the wider use of data and insights throughout Ingka Group. You get inspired by working together in an everchanging multi-dimensional environment and excited about sharing and living the IKEA culture and values.

    In this role you have a strong focus on business needs and ability to translate them into data and insights that supports the goals and deliverables of Group BR&C. Previous experience of working with setting and measurement of KPIs is meritorious. You know how to prioritize, co-ordinate and manage the development of the digital product. You have experience of data visualization software / applications and have proven training in information technology, business information management or equivalent. 3-5 years’ experience in working with development of digital products, data and managing data-related queries. Experience in the risk field is meritorious but not required.

    You have knowledge in the following areas:
    Understanding of how to work with large volumes of data for the purpose of driving actionable business insights.
    Knowledge of digital technology, digital infrastructure, services and steering frameworks.
    Experience in driving digital changes in a constantly changing environment.
    Experience with capturing and prioritising needs to build roadmaps and plans.
    Extensive knowledge of how to design, develop and implement data for reporting and insights that can automate business processes that are highly repetitive, rule based and use structured data.
    Formulating and communicating specifications in close collaboration with the digital product team in order to develop the data foundation and standardize reporting relevant for BR&C receivers across Ingka.

    How to analyze and communicate complex issues in a clear, engaging way with a simple tone of voice. As such, you are able to build trustful relationships with stakeholders and business partners.

    You are result driven to accomplish goals, complete tasks and achieve results. You perform your work with care, accuracy and attention to detail. You are a team player who collaborate to achieve goals. You can take in new information, compile, organize and analyse relevant substantial amounts of data. You actively acquire new knowledge and skills and use new methods, digital systems and processes to improve performance.
    Your responsibilities
    You are a cross organisational intelligence provider, enabling data driven decisions by identifying and aggregating data to help visualise and translate findings to meaningful and actionable insight.

    You will mainly work with three focus areas:
    1) Reporting & Intelligence
    Enable reporting, on need basis as well as periodical, to;
    a. Ingka Group Management to give an overview and to enable strategic decisions.
    b. BR&C co-workers and various management teams to enable tactical as well as strategic decision making.
    c. Business to make the operational work clearer and more effective.

    2) Tools & Data
    Support and influence the continuous development of the digital product BR&C Insights Tower
    Support BR&C in strategic decision making in business development and the selection of tools to ensure quality data.

    3) Digitalisation & Culture
    Support the digitalisation and use of data and analytics to be able to move from rules to risk based.
    Work closely together with Group Digital, BR&C specialists, BR&C management and relevant stakeholders to enable BR&C’s digitalisation journey.
    Establish a culture where quality data is valued, promoted and strived after.
    Perform ad-hoc activities in line with the Reporting & Intelligence roadmap to support the understanding and use of data and analytics.

    This position is a maternity leave from June 1st 2025 to September 31st 2026.

    In this recruitment there is no relocation support provided by IKEA, hence we're looking for people already living in the mentioned location.
