  • What you need to know

At Ingka, we are on a journey to build a future-ready organisation with our customers at the heart of everything we do. In Group Business Risk & Compliance (BR&C), data plays a key role in shaping smarter, faster, and more responsible decisions across the business.

We are looking for a Reporting & Intelligence Analyst to join us on that journey — someone who is passionate about transforming data into insight, enabling digitalisation, and promoting a culture of risk-aware decision-making.

    Who you are

'- A proactive and result-driven professional looking to make a significant impact.
    - You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ever-evolving environment.
    - You continuously learn and apply new techniques to enhance performance.
    - You leverage digital tools and insights to transform challenges into opportunities.
    - You are inspired by IKEA values and want to contribute to a better everyday life.
    - You excel in both independent work and collaborative efforts, achieving goals and building trust.

For this reason, we see that you bring/have:

    - Experience with reporting frameworks, KPIs, reporting automation, and performance tracking.
    - Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly across teams.
    - Proficiency and understanding in risk management solutions.
    - Experience in Risk & Compliance is a plus, but not essential.
    - Experienced in digital product development, data governance, analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar).
    - Demonstrated expertise in writing requirements, capturing needs, and prioritizing them effectively.
    - Background in IT, business information / administration, Risk Management, or a related field.

    Our team within IKEA

You will get an opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and innovative team in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

BR&C works across Ingka to embed risk awareness and compliance into everything we do — not just to protect the business, but to help it grow sustainably. We enable smarter, more responsible decisions and empower co-workers to take calculated risks while safeguarding our people, customers, assets, and brand.

As a Reporting & Intelligence Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our culture and driving the widespread use of risk and compliance data. Your efforts will bridge gaps in risk data accessibility, visibility, reporting, and insight generation, significantly enhancing decision-making across Ingka Group and its countries.

You will mainly work with three focus areas:

    Reporting & Intelligence

    - Embed data-driven risk management practices with measurable outcomes.
    - Define and review key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, aligning risk indicators with business impact, trends, and thresholds.
    - Provide ad-hoc and periodic reporting to support strategic, tactical, and operational decision-making for Group Management, BR&C leaders, and business teams

    Tools & Data

    - Develop the BR&C Insights Tower, guide tool selection, and ensure reliable data.
    - Standardise and automate risk data collection for consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
    - Improve data accessibility and quality by eliminating silos and establishing governance.

    Digitalisation & Culture

    - Drive the shift toward risk-based decision-making, support BR&C’s digital transformation, and foster a strong data-driven culture across the organization.
    - Perform ad-hoc activities in line with the Reporting & Intelligence roadmap to support driving performance through Risk & Compliance data and insights across Ingka.
