You bring experience from having worked in a similar function. Since MS Excel is an important tool in this role you need to be able to navigate it very well. Experience with MS Dynamics and Power BI is also an advantage.

    Your responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, support and follow up on strategies, processes and tools within area of responsibility
    • Analysis of financial status of potential and existing tenants; credit rating reports, financial statements, etc.
    • Regular follow up of overdue receivables, actions in case needed (reminders, external collection, bankruptcy handling, payment plans, negotiation with tenants, etc)
    • Calculation of bad debt reserve for closings and budget process
    • Handling of collaterals

Together with IKEA Retail and Ingka Investments, Ingka Centres is part of Ingka Group.
As a long-term partner of IKEA, we share our vision, our culture and our values. What makes our businesses different is the way we fulfil our vision. We have big plans for the future that involve expanding to new locations, opening smaller-scale concepts closer to the city centers, digitalization, and most of all, living up to shared sustainability goals. We’re constantly looking for enthusiastic, purpose-led and creative people who’d like to join us on our journey to create meeting places around the world.
