    Hej! I am Eva Svensson, Country Service Operations Team Leader at IKEA Svenska Försäljnings AB.
    We are looking for a service-minded Technical Support Specialist to IKEA Malmö to guide the business in the Digital area. Is that you?

    You act as a Digital ambassador with the ability to communicate in a user-friendly way, and you hold the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a dynamic and fast paced environment as well as to share digital knowledge and experience with all stakeholders.

    To be successful in this role you are self-reliant and motivated with a proven ability to plan and prioritize your work.

    You have a technical interest, love problem solving and are solution oriented with the end user and customer in focus.
    You manage changing business needs and priorities that require adaptations.
    You are co-operative and communicate confidently and clearly in English (written and verbal).

    Preferred knowledge (but the right applicant/application can have an equal value) –

    • basic knowledge of server and network environment
    • basic knowledge of IT service management, processes and toolsets, procedures, and guidelines
    • basic knowledge of project and change management.
    • knowledge of IKEA’s digital tools

    Driver’s license is a demand.
    Your responsibilities
    Provide professional IT support with a high service level to different IKEA units and implement projects and deployments within the country.
    Manage the IT environment and act as an important business partner to your unit, providing guidance and knowledge in the Digital area.
    Operate within a global Digital organization with global routines and guidelines to support that tools are used correctly within each business unit.

    You will (among other things):
    • be responsible for ensuring business continuity of all supported Digital products and platforms by providing technical specialist competence.
    • ensure projects in need of Technical Support receive such support through participation in necessary project teams.
    • lead or support on-site project implementation/deployment efforts with regard to implementation of new digital products and lifecycle management of hardware solutions.
    • provide input on what digital equipment/products might be in risk of downtime and suggest solutions.
    • manage the lifecycle of all IT assets within the defined region.
    Together as a team
    Country Digital is the local business partner responsible for Digital, while working as a seamless part of the global Ingka Group Digital organization.
    Ensure IKEA Digital products and platforms are delivered with excellence to meet the needs of customers and co-workers in order to enhance the whole IKEA shopping experience.

    To secure effective Information Technology (IT) that supports IKEA business processes by maintaining, developing and supporting reliable, robust and efficient Digital products and platforms.
    Country Group Digital contributes to the growth of IKEA and improves the customer´s life at home. Country Digital also works together with all functions to ensure co-workers have the Digital tools and capabilities they need to do their best work.
    Ensure Digital deployments are done with excellence and in coordination with Central Group Digital and all other country functions.

    You will be part of one of three Service Operations teams within Sweden, providing support to Retail units and offices from Haparanda in the north, to Malmö in the south. In this role you will report to the Country Service Operations Team Leader for the southern retail region.

    This role is a temporary position at 50% starting as soon as possible until August 2025. After that the position will be 100% to august 2026.

    You will be stationed in IKEA Malmö . Some travel will be required for the job.
