Job description
As a Test Leader in Range Experience you will lead and continuously refine the quality and test automation approach together with the other software engineering leaders and the automation testing team as an element of the Range Experience strategy and ways of working. You will build and lead the Range Experience quality and test community, ensuring that we utilize synergies and continuously build competence.
We are safeguarding that we create solutions that can be experienced by our customers and co-workers without disturbances as well as that we gain efficiency in our ways of working through continuous and embedded focus on quality.
You will lead the test automation agenda, interacting with and coach our product teams in their testing as well as working out automation strategies. This may include creation of test tooling and data generation, including an overall risk management as well as mitigation strategy planning.

Qualification

As a person you see the joy of sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues across different teams. Being curious and innovative is at the core of everything you do, and you know that making mistakes sometimes is part of your own development and learning journey.
You bring extensive experience and knowledge as Test Architect and are fully familiar with agile/DevOps practices and tooling, and how the quality aspect is an integrated part of the development. Ideally, you have experience in building test automation frameworks and getting to build their usage in an organization of cross-functional product teams.
You are an experienced leader with the ability to coach our product teams, testers and developers alike around test automation as an integrated part in software development, helping to ensure that we use our resources in the best way to achieve the strongest outcome.
You enjoy an agile, iterative and structured way of working and achieving results together with a team in a flexible environment but also have a strong individual drive to deliver high quality results on time. You have great communication and networking skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.
We could be teammates if you are experienced within:
- As Test Architect you have defined and implemented test automation strategies for web and mobile applications to improve customer experience
- Leading QA tooling and framework decisions to ensure consistency and efficiency across teams
- Experience of building and maintaining modern test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cypress or similar, including custom framework design in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions
- Integrating Sentry or similar tools for monitoring and real-time error tracking
- Working in Agile/DevOps environments, with a strong focus on shift-left testing and continuous delivery
