Who you are
At IKEA, we are passionate about creating fantastic customer experiences. This position is for you if you thrive in physical work and are passionate about giving our customers a great experience in our Cirkulär store. Cirkulär is our "store within a store," where we sell furniture and products that have minor damages, lack packaging, or are discontinued. At the same time, you are cost- and quality-conscious and therefore want to help ensure the quality of our products and find solutions for recycling.

We emphasize that you:

• Are passionate about customer service and eager to give all customers a great experience
• Have a flair for craftsmanship and enjoy working with your hands
• Thrive with routines and systematic work and have good IT skills
• Can keep a cool head and make independent decisions
• Work proactively and are self-starting
• Are motivated by sustainability and can see the value in restoring products.
What you'll be doing day to day
As a Quality Co-worker for Cirkulär and Recovery, you will be employed in our Recovery department. In the Recovery department, we handle returned, damaged, and discontinued items. We are responsible for quality assurance and ensuring a high recycling rate through re-packaging for the warehouse or sale in the Cirkulär store.

Your primary tasks will be to:

• Receive returned or damaged items from customers and other departments in the warehouse, which need to be registered, restored, and priced or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner
• Ensure the commercial appearance of the Cirkulär store in collaboration with stakeholders
• Price items and ensure that the Cirkulär store always appears inviting with a wide selection
• Participate in the Cost Prevention Group to ensure effective collaboration aimed at minimizing costs through constant optimization of work processes
• Ensure that Cirkulär is always inviting and inspiring for our customers
• Assemble furniture and handle other ad hoc tasks.
Our team within IKEA
With us, you will be part of a diverse team of both full-time and part-time employees, all working towards the same common goal. The daily work is fast-paced and characterized by our desire for constant improvement and innovation. We work closely with other departments, giving you experience in collaborating with many different people. We have a very strong camaraderie, where we support each other and work together. There is room for you to be exactly who you are, and you have the opportunity to create a strong social network. We ensure the right training so you can feel confident and competent in the job.
