IKEA Croydon are looking to welcome an IKEA Replenishment Team Leader.

WHAT WE OFFER
• The Start Date of employment will be: January 2025
• Starting salary of £31.000 per annum, based on competence and experience.
There will be an additional £2.25 per hour nightshift allowance for hours worked between 10pm and 6am
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week include weekends per month -
Start time will be 1:00am - 10am

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY
• Planning, organising and monitoring the flow of goods within your area of responsibility in the store, i.e. from goods receiving to sales locations for replenishment so that sufficient stock is available to meet the needs of our customers.
• Working actively to improve productivity through efficient resource planning, including managing sickness leave, staff allocation, flexible working and efficient goods flow operations.
• Providing input to your manager on logistics capacity requirements in your area of responsibility and the creation of a business plan and goods flow action plans.
• Empowering your team of co-workers by delegating responsibility to help each person grow and develop, according to their individual ability and experience.
